📦 Orders & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to metropolitan France and to all European Union countries. Parcels are shipped from Paris.
Where do the products come from?
All our objects are made in Japan, then shipped from Paris.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. In France, they usually arrive within 48 hours (Colissimo). For the rest of the European Union, allow 4 to 10 business days.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping is free on orders of €50 or more in metropolitan France. Below that, costs are calculated by weight and shown before payment.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your parcel ships, you receive a tracking link by email.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to return an item, including the 14-day legal withdrawal period. For returns after 14 days, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How do I make a return?
Simply write to us at leonard@dogou.fr with your order number. We will guide you step by step.
Do I pay for the return shipping?
Yes, unless the product is defective, damaged or we made a mistake.
🎎 Products & Crafts
Are the items really made in Japan?
Yes. Each piece is selected on site, in direct contact with the artisans. These are authentic Japanese everyday objects, durable and designed to be used.
Are the items handmade?
Some are, others come from small Japanese manufacturers with traditional know-how. We specify this on each product sheet.
My product has slight variations, is this normal?
Yes. Handcrafted or small-batch items may have subtle differences: this is what makes them unique.
